Answer:

The Court of Justice is the formal way of administering justice. The courts deliver justice based on the rule of law and natural justice. A court is described as a person or group of people with judicial jurisdiction to hear and decide disputes in civil, criminal and other matters.

The voice inside of us that responds about right or wrong when we are facing a moral choice in our conscience. Conscience is the moral goodness of one's own actions, intentions, or character, on the other hand, along with a sense of duty to do right or be good.

Court of conscience and the Court of justice:

• The court of conscience is higher than that of the court of justice because a court decides right or wrong on the basis of evidence of physical words. If the evidence has the propensity to prove that right is wrong and wrong is right then court of justice goes with the same.
• In the case of a court of conscience, a matter entirely depends on the individual's inner self and cannot be falsified. The conscience needs no evidence of physical word because it emulates the information from the person inside and decides what is wrong or right.
• Court of justice can be altered by an individual through its influential position but the court of conscience cannot be influenced by the individual’s influential position. Conscience reads an individual's secrets from the bottom of its soul, heart and mind.
• Physical punishment is imposed by the court of justice. The Court of Conscience punishes on a much profound level, including emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects. It produces internal strife and an overall unpleasant mental state.
• The most convenient court is the court of conscience. Before executing a task, it can be used to evaluate the task. Courts of justice typically render decisions after the act.

The role of the court of conscience in guiding people's ethical behavior from inside but the court of justice enforces its verdict from outside. It is becoming increasingly important because conscience brings inner revolution while the court of justice is just trying to change a person through compulsion and punishment. However, one must awaken their conscience. We must conduct ethical evaluations of the situations we experience in order to acquire conscience.
